Installation problem about atk-se

Dear everyone,
   Could you help me to resolve this problem? Thanks very much!
traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
  File "./zipdir/NL/__init__.py", line 6, in <module>
  File "./zipdir/NL/NLLicense.py", line 7, in <module>
ImportError: /home/nodouble/nl/vnl/lib/python2.6/_NLLicense.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied
