Perhaps, but not really comfortably. You really should look into the new Builder in ATK 12.2.

i want to build Au/armchair/Au two probe device...i have made armchair nano ribbon in the builder but
i am unable to create the Gold electrodes and interface it with the nanoribbon channel..
can you please help..

First of all, when you have time upgrade to 12.2.2, there are some bug fixes. For building such a system I suggest studying http://quantumwise.com/publications/tutorials/builder/172-building-a-molecular-junction-au-dtb-au, it's similar to your system.
